In any given year, BU welcomes approximately 20 outstanding applicants to the Trustee Scholars Program. Many of our current professors had a 4.0-grade point average in high school and were at the top of their class.
Incorporating exceptional academic credentials, Trustee Professors are cautiously and creatively adventurous and express their perspectives, experiences, or accomplishments outside of the norm. They are not, in other words, fair top applicants, but exceptionally good ones. At BU, trustee professors become part of an innovative campus community that provides many intellectual, cultural, and social changes.
Eligibility Criteria
To be admitted to the Boston University Trustee Scholarship Program, candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:
International candidates are only thinking about the Trustee and Presidential Scholarships.
All merit awards and other scholarships are considered for admission to US citizens, permanent residents and non-citizens.
Candidates must apply for a full-time degree program.
Candidates should be willing to apply for undergraduate programs at the university.
