Benefits:

Monthly Amount: 3 Grants of an amount equal to the minimum statutory monthly income. $2,484,348 Colombian pesos.
Allowance for books and materials: One-time funds of $401.321 COP at the start of the academic program
Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical coverage only helps during the study period in Colombia.
Books and Materials: ($425,400) for books and materials.
Installation Amount: One-time funding of ($425,400) at the beginning of the study.
Eligibility Criteria for Columbia Government Scholarships

To be eligible for Columbia Government Scholarships 2023, applicants must meet all of the following conditions:

Allow Countries: Worldwide
Become a citizen abroad. Does not have Colombian citizenship. Foreign professionals who do not have dual citizenship (Colombia), who do not live in Colombia.
Age not more than 50 years.
Get a professional or bachelor’s degree.
Earn a 4.0 out of 5.0 average or equivalent on the Columbia scale to enroll on the call.
Be enrolled in at least one graduate program that is in the Academic Offer General Call 2023 catalog.
Papers should be sent in physical form to the ICETEX offices in Bogotá. Address: Carrera 3 No. 18-32.
Students can submit up to 3 letters of admission.
Original documents are not required.
Overseas applicants must read the call carefully and send only the necessary documents to ICETEX. Certified or notarized copies are accepted.
