Eligibility Criteria
Be a citizen of an ECOWAS or Mauritanian member state and a resident of the ECOWAS region or Mauritania.
Have studied at least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, energy and environment (including renewable energy and energy efficiency), law, economics, finance and planning as considered in accordance with the admission requirements of the selected university. goes
Work experience in the energy sector in West Africa would be an added advantage.
Hold (minimum) provisional admission to an approved course of study at the time the scholarship is granted.
Working candidates are required to provide a release letter from their employer to complete the course for the duration of the program.
Commitment to publish at least 1 practice-based research before the end of the program.
Commitment to start an internship while studying.
