Eligibility criteria
The following eligibility criteria will be considered for the Skoltech University Scholarship 2023 in Russia
A TOEFL or IELTS score is not needed if the applicant received a degree from a university where the medium of instruction is English.
For Master’s programs: Bachelor’s or specialized degree or its equivalent from an accredited university.
For doctoral programs: Master’s or specialized degree or its equivalent from an accredited university.
