This scholarship will cover the following charges.

How to Apply for East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship?
Fellowships are awarded annually in a global competition. Applications for the academic year 2024-2025 competition will be announced in early August and close on December 1.
If you have not already applied to UH Manoa as a ranked graduate candidate, you must be admitted to the university for the following fall semester by December 1. The University of Hawaii announced its online application system (https://manoa.hawaii. edu/graduate/) on August 1 of each year for next year’s registration. To ensure the timely processing of your EWC application, support forms for both your UH Office of Admissions and departmental applications must be completed by January 10, even if UH’s departmental deadline falls after that date.
